A publication, not a brochure.
The Greek Narrative is an independent editorial platform reporting on Greek capital, culture, and the Mediterranean class, the readers and operators for whom Greek property is both a market and a way of life.
We are not an industry circular, a developer's blog, or a tourism magazine. We write for an audience that already has access, the question is no longer whether to be in Greece, but how to read it.
What we cover.
Four elements form the spine of every issue: Capital, Culture, Profiles, Transparency. Capital reports on the deal flow, the regulation, the residences, the yields. Culture covers the architecture, gastronomy, design, and craft that give Greek property its weight. Profiles meets the people building. Transparency does the work that the industry does not, disclosure, audit, the gap between what is said and what is.
The four come together every Sunday morning, Athens time, in the weekly issue we call Mediterranean Class. They surface separately, in lists and Specials, throughout the rest of the week.
How we work.
Independent of any agency or developer. We disclose every commercial relationship in plain text, in the issue where it appears. Our reporting takes its time. When a story is worth a Special instead of a paragraph in the weekly, we publish a Special.
Free at launch. A paid Insider tier follows in Year 2, quarterly market reports, a monthly editorial briefing call, and the deeper data work the publication can sustain.
